Shipping Guidelines

• We process and ship orders
  every day except on public holidays.


• Currently, each order can only
  be shipped to a single destination address. If you wish to send
  items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each
  destination.

  reputed courier agencies.


• While we strive to ship all
  items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to
  product characteristics or availability.

Delivery
Timelines

• Within the UAE: We make every effort to ship
  items within 3 to 5 business days. However, in some cases, shipping may
  take up to 7 to 10 business days if the item needs to be procured from
  another location.


• GCC Countries and International
  Destinations:
  Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days. In some
  instances, delivery may take 10 to 15 business days, depending on the
  product’s availability, shipping conditions and duration of custom
  clearance.


• • Potential Delays:
  Please note that the delivery timeframes mentioned above are estimates,
  and delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as
  high demand, supplier issues, or logistical challenges.

We provide delivery services to the UAE, GCC countries, and international
destinations.

Charges

• Within the UAE: Delivery
  charges may apply for orders below AED 250, calculated based on rates provided
  by our courier partners at checkout.


• International Shipping: Delivery charges for shipments
  outside the UAE will also be calculated at checkout, reflecting the rates
  provided by our courier partners.

Customs Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customs
duties, taxes, and any additional charges required by the destination country
are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the
shipping charges and must be paid upon the arrival of the shipment in the
destination country.

We
recommend checking your country’s customs regulations to understand any
applicable fees before placing your order.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy

At SensoUAE.com, we offer a
hassle-free exchange policy for products purchased online. You can request an
exchange within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is:

• Unused and in its original condition.


• Accompanied by the original invoice, tags, and
  packaging.

To initiate an exchange, please
contact our Customer Service Team at sensouae@gmail.com. Exchanges are
subject to stock availability.

Important Notes:

• Exchanges can only be made at our physical stores in
  the UAE.


• Products purchased under discounts or special offers
  are not eligible for exchange.


• For customers outside the UAE, exchanges or
  replacements are not available.

Return and Refund Policy

• For UAE Customers:
  Only exchanges are allowed, which can be processed at any of our branches.
  Returns or refunds are not available.


• For International Customers: Returns and refunds are not applicable.

The customer from outside UAE is not entitled for return or refund.
